If you are building your new home we can complete an advisory report from your plans.

We will give recommendations on building elements including insulation types for floor/wall/attic, Windows specifications, boiler, controls etc.

Once we have agreed on the specification (based on budget) we can precede with a provisional Building energy rating so you know the rating of your new home before you start building.
