Air Tightness Testing
Air tightness testing is a method of quantifying the actual amount of air changes that occur in a building. It highlights air-leakage in the building fabric.
King Energy assessors will compile a report highlighting the areas of air-leakage (heat loss) & recommendations on improvements.
All dwellings that apply for planning permission from the 1st July 2008 will be required to carry out an air tightness test.
